Terms of Service

In order to be a Member you must meet one of the following:

• Your company has purchased equipment directly from Hitachi and you already have an account established with Hitachi Via Mechanics USA, Inc.
• You are an employee of Hitachi Via Mechanics USA, Hitachi Via Mechanics Japan, HVEK Japan.
• Your company has purchased used equipment but registered with Hitachi Via Mechanics USA Inc. service department.

If you've purchased used equipment and have not registered please click on the Register link and we will process your request.

Username and passwords will be assigned to all eligible members.  Members are not allowed to distribute their username or password to non members.  Hitachi Via Mechanics USA, Inc. reserves the right to revoke membership privileges at any time.  Please allow us 24 hours to process your registration request.
