Field Service Rates

                            Standard Labor       $150 per hour 

                            Overtime Labor       $225 per hour 

                                    Travel Time       $ 80 per hour

                            Overtime Travel     $120 per hour

                                       Per Diem       $180 per day in US / $250 per day in Canada

                                          Air Fare       expense charged at cost

                                    Car Rental        expense charged at cost

              Travel by company car       51 cents per mile

                               Parking Fees        expense charged at cost

                                          Freight         expense charged at cost for shipping parts, tools, etc.

                   Telephone Support         $90 per hour - minimum hour increments

Standard Labor Rates apply between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday not including national holidays.  A typical work day for Hitachi Field Service Personnel constitutes 8 hours with a 1 hour lunch.  Overtime Labor Rates apply when service must be performed outside the standard guidelines.

Per Diem is charged in lieu of lodging and meals.  Travel time is charged from the originating location to the hotel destination proximal to the factory where the service is being performed.  The originating locationis typically considered from one of the Hitachi Field Service offices.
